The Walla Walla Immigration Rights Coalition hosted an immigration march in downtown Walla Walla at First Congregational Church on South Palouse Street on Saturday. The march started at 10am leaving the church parking lot and heading down Alder Street, where it turned right on 4th Avenue and then right on Main Street to return to the church.
Following the march, action events were held in the parking lot of the church. Over 300 attendees were able to call their Members of Congress, sign immigration reform petitions, fill out post cards to Members of Congress and learn more about immigration rights.
