Restaurant Style Ramen

Learn how to make ramen noodles using a blend of rye and local wheat flours in this hands-on class! You will also learn the secrets to preparing an umami-rich ramen soup with pork neck bones, chicken backs, and dashi stock. [A vegetarian option will also be presented.]
