They use top-quality local and imported ingredients, featuring several local farms and producers, such as Monteillet Fromagerie, Blue Valley Meats, Klicker’s Farm, Edward’s Farm, Small Family Flour, and many small producers! They also showcase southern producers such as Old Mill Grits, Steen’s Cane Syrup, Cajun Power Sauces, and Cackalacky Sauce line-up. Since spice is essential to good southern cooking, Whoopemup proudly uses freshly ground spices from World Spice in Seattle.
No wine country experience is complete, without Whoopemup’s white & red wines produced by SuLei Cellars! Everything is made in-house, from gumbo to the bread on your muffuletta sandwich, with lots of love (and soul)! Laisses du bon temps rouler!
